The next time you feel frazzled, try one of these stress busters for immediate relief.

Dig in the dirt: Planting petunias and pulling weeds isn’t just good for curb appeal. Gardening is a great stress reliever. Research published in Preventive Medicine Reports found strong evidence that gardening reduced stress and boosted mood. Grab and trowel and cultivate some stress relief.
